I am an Ohio licensed & Certified Professional Inspectors (CPI®) trained by InterNACHI, the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. About Kirt
I was born and raised in Greenville, Ohio, and have spent most of my life here in the Buckeye State. After graduating from high school in Wayne County, I joined the Army, where I proudly served as a Combat Engineer from 1988 to 1992. Following my military service, I relocated to Montgomery County, where I've lived ever since.
For over 30 years, I've been happily married and am the proud father of two children, both graduates of Miamisburg High School. My entire career has been rooted in the maintenance field, with extensive experience in facilities maintenance since 1998. For the past 9 years, I’ve served as a facilities manager, honing my skills in ensuring buildings are safe, functional, and well-maintained.
In the early 2000s, I ran a successful home improvement business for 7 years, where I had the pleasure of serving my community by enhancing and renovating homes. More recently, my wife and I have been investing in and renovating properties, all while balancing our full-time careers.
My diverse experience in facilities management, home improvement, and property renovation naturally led me to become an Ohio Licensed Home Inspector. As a one-man company, I treat each client as a personal investment—your satisfaction is my success. To me, being a home inspector isn’t just a job; it’s a way to serve and empower you to make informed decisions about one of the most significant purchases of your life.
